Liability Waiver: I, on behalf of myself, my child(ren), and my organization, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless VHAC, its directors, officers, volunteers, staff, agents, and event partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, accident, illness, property damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after participation in the 2026 VHAC Basketball State Championship. I understand that participation in athletic events carries inherent risks and agree that BHAC/VHAC assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages incurred.
Media Release: I grant VHAC full permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, and audio recordings of players, teams, and participating organizations for purposes including, but not limited to, marketing, promotional materials, social media, tournament advertising, and archival documentation. No compensation will be provided, and all media shall remain the property of VHAC.
