Player Eligibility - Athletes must be actively homeschooled in compliance with Virginia Law. Athletes enrolled in private school are not eligible to participate in the tournament without approval.

Athletes may not be dual rostered for the 2025 State Tournament.

Any team found to be in violation of the above stated regulations will forfeit all their games in the tournament.

Proof of Insurance - All registered organizations must submit proof of insurance listing VHAC as an additional insured. VHAC Address: 35901 Bowen Place, Purcellville, VA 20132. Proof of insurance due by April 25, 2025.
